Page section on menu not working

Hello, i’m building a site for a client.
The site has an homepage, builded with Visual Composer, and other two other pages.

The issue is:
– When navigating with menu trough homepage section FROM the homepage, everything works fine
– When i try to go to some homepage’s section from another page, the menu don’twork
– If i copy/paste the menu link, or try “Opne in a new tab” the menu works properly.

This happnes both in Chrome and Mozilla
