Page can be full width but posts refuse to.

Hi guys,

Problem 1.
I can set a Page to Full Width using the Template dropdown however, doing the same on a Post makes no difference, the content and background colours are still restricted to the same central width as the Template Default.

Problem 2.
Can’t seem to enable comments to any Page. I only want one or two Pages to have comments enabled, but selecting ‘Allow Comments’ or ‘Allow trackbacks and pingbacks’ makes no difference. Comments on Posts are just fine.

1.Pls set the post layout in themeoptions > site Layout.
2.Can you pls add the below line of code at line no:95 (just before the endwhile statement) of file single.php

 <?php comments_template('/comments.php', true); // Loads the comments.php template.   ?>
