not working Comments Evolved plugin

i am trying to install this plugin for comments Comments Evolved for WordPress https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/gplus-comments
but its not working with the theme can you tell me how can i make it workable with this them see how its looking

basically its not showing tabs properly and not hiding tabs window also showing all tabs can you tell me how can i fix it its seems to be styling issue

Sorry it is hard for us to support all plugins. Anyway, I checked the page linked by you but cannot see anything related to the plugin itself as per your screenshot – have you disabled it?

yes acutally removed plugin for but if you want i will again active it for you
