No Mobile Option

I can’t seem to figure out how to create a mobile site using this theme. Searching around online has lead me to believe there should be an option under appearance to allow for a mobile site to be created, but it does not exist. I thought this problem was due to my hosting site, but everything is good on their end so they believe the problem lies on this end. Am I missing something obvious? I’m quite new to this so any help is appreciated!

The theme is responsive – which means it adapts itself to any resolution – including mobile resolution. You can verify the same by viewing your site on your mobile. There is no need to load a separate site for mobile – that would be old way of doing things.
