Move back to top button up slightly

Hi I was wondering if it would be possible to move the back to top arrow button in the bottom right corner up slightly? I’m using a widget that puts a button type thing in the bottom right corner and at the moment it’s covering the back to top button. I’ll provide a link in a following post to where you can see an example of this.
Also, the box the back to top button is in looks fine on retina display but the arrow inside of it looks a little blurry and doesn’t look so good on retina, is it possible to change this so it looks sharp and meets retina standards?
