Modify Author widget in Child-theme

Hello, i want to modify the Author Widget in the Agile-child location, is this possible?

You can follow the instructions provided in the below post to override widgets –

Or you may want to create your own widget without disturbing the existing widget by starting from a copy of the author widget and extending it. Hope this helps.
