Mobile Version showing double header banners

The mobile version of my site – meddetective.com, is showing two versions of the header banner. Also, is there a way to move the menu bar to the left of the screen as it covers the logo?

1.Removed revolution slider from header side bar and now your revolution slider issue is resolved.
2.Pls include this custom CSS in themeoptions –
