Mobile menu on Safari not working

Is there a fix for the menu moving past the screen on mobile safari browsers? When you tap the 3 bars, the screen moves almost all the way past the screen rendering the menu useless.

I have disabled all plugins and there is no custom modification done to the theme.

It works on every other browser. The only browser that it does this on is Safari mobile.
