Missing thumbnails in import data

We purchased this theme for a project last year, which never completed. We now have a new opportunity to use this theme however the theme is not fully importing for the demo data. Understand that the product support has expired. We are willing to rebuy 6 months if you can help. Heres the website

I think the main issue sample data not getting imported fully is due to the php limits ,
You should talk to your hosting provider to ensure the following requirements for any premium theme –

Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

max_execution_time 60
memory_limit 128M
post_max_size 48M
upload_max_filesize 48M

Pls try demo data import after increasing the php memory limits and check.
