Missing Mesh bar when editing post and portfolio

Hey,

I have multiple language site.
When I edit a post or portfolio I only have the “Text” editor and Visual is not working (not clickable)
Therefore I have only the common editor bar rather than the mesh editor bar, so for example the “Insert LiveMesh shortcose” is not available

see good and bad attachments

When using qtranslate plugin one need to update the following files:
