    Hi!

Great theme, but I can’t seem to see my logo when viewing from an iPhone at http://www.HellNoCancerShow.com.

Also, whenever I try to insert short code from the drop down, I click insert, then nothing happens.

Lastly, how can I get block & pull quotes to only take a portion of the page like you show in your sample here. This looks like it would be achieved by columns, but I wasn’t sure.

    Thanks!

Hi! It appears that your page is down right now, is there a chance you have a tester user if the page is not online yet?

ON the blockquotes, in the sample its achieve using a special tag: <blockquote class="alignleft"> .. .. </blockquote>, each has a specific class or id to be modified through CSS. For this, you`ll need to go to your Custom CSS Section in your Theme Options Panel and enter the following code:
    .alignleft {float: left;}

As soon as you have any way in which I can check the other issue, we´ll start working on it!

    Hi Ernesto!

Thanks for the reply. The home page probably looks like nothing’s there since it should be showing recent posts – but there are no posts yet. The About page has content, but I just realized that my link above was bad. Please try http://hellnocancershow.com/about/

    Thanks again!

Hi, from what I can see, the logo is displaying correctly in the mobile version of the site. Did you manage to solve this issue?

With the shortcodes, the problem could come for either having an older WP version or an older version of the theme. Check that both are the latest version and, if not, update both.
If the problem continues, we can check if one of your plugins is causing the issue. Try disabling all of your plugins and inserting the shortcodes in that way.

Let me know if you could work around this situation!

For mobile logo, pls input the image file, its height, width in the Site Logo tab of theme under Retina Logo options at the end of this tab.

For resolution of shortcode insertion, pls see this post for fix –

    Hi Meteroite,

Your directions for the mobile logo worked like a charm – thanks!

I also tried changing the line of code in the tinymce.js file, but doesn’t appear like it helped. Perhaps I did something wrong? I attached my modified version in case it helps.

Per Ernesto’s suggestion, I confirmed I’m on the latest version of WordPress, but how can I tell if I have the latest version of the Extinct theme?

I also haven’t yet tested unloaded all the plugins per his suggestion as I was hoping modifying that line in the tinymce.js would do the trick.

    Thanks again for your help!

Hi, you can check which version of the Theme you have downloaded in the Appeareces/Theme Section of your Dashboard. You can check it with this link:

For the shortcode issue, you can this topic which provides a solution for that problem:

It appears the short code is working now too! Now to mess around with the block quotes some more. 🙂

    Thanks again for your help!

Sweet! Got the block quote aligned like I wanted! My browser was autocorrecting & messing up the code. All better now! 🙂

    Cheers!
