Menu with anchor not working

I’m working on mi site joininteractive.com based on agile-sample-data.xml.
The menu options that target home with anchors (What we do, team, contact) do not work if I’m not on home page, for example from http://joininteractive.com/blog/
Is there a way I can make them work?
