Menu – the same size

Hi, how to make the menu size the same all the time like on the picture.
WHen I scroll down the size is changing comparing to the starter one.
How to mak the menu the same size an background at the very top and down ? att

I don’t see any issue with the menu size but a shift in logo position .
Pls add the below custom CSS in themeoptions –

    top: 0;
}
