Main Content Text over Custom Heading Background under Custom Header Options

I’ve attached a file which shows in highlight that the content text was displayed over the Custom Heading Background. I would like the text to start from below the Custom Heading Background. How do I do it?

If you look at the picture I have attached, I have highlighted the words which is what I have added in the editor as attached below. However, the text was displayed over the header image as seen in the earlier image. I would like the content text to be just below the image

I think I have resolved this issue by adding the segment shortcode before the content text. Thank you.
