Hello I was wondering how can I add a form like this one where it has the green section under her navi part http://www.elizabethrider.com/

I am looking to do the same with your theme.

Hi! If tou want to, we can provide with CSS code to modify one of our form so it looks like the one you need. You’d need to create a form in your page and send us the link so we can provide you with the exact code you need.
