MailChimp Contact Form in Footer Design

How do I get my mailchimp form to appear just like yours? What is the footer setting I need, as well as the color options for the form? Right now my mailchimp form appears with a white background

Hi,
Try these steps. Go to settings > MailChimp setup in your dashboard and uncheck the “Custom styling: Turned on?” checkbox. Next paste the below code in the “Custom CSS” section of the theme options.

background: #686868;
border: 1px solid #444;
}
