Loading Very Slow / Contact Form Issues

I have an issue in which the site is loading very slow. It appears it is due to the Revolution Slider. I only have two images in the slider and both aren’t really big.

1) What can I do to speed the site up when it first loads?

2) The contact form isn’t sending me the info via my email. I’ve changed in the email address in the page code. What am I missing.

3) I can’t get the footer to center on my page.

1.Pls try to disable smooth page load in themeoptions>General tab and see if that makes any change.
2.Use caching plugin like WP Total Cache or WP Super Cache with compression enabled to help the site load faster.
