Hi there,
I’m experiencing some issues with uploading images and files since a while. My problem is that I can’t upload media any more, when I upload an image or a file It seems to work because the media box in the medias page appears but I can’t see the corresponding thumbnail. So, when I try to insert this media into a page it dosen’t show up in the published page or in the preview page. I’ve tried to upload medias in the page I want to insert them and also in the medias page, but same result.
I’ve contacted with my server customer service and wordpress support and both have told me to ask for theme support.
Also have an error when I click the link of a media file it shows me this error:

You have created a child theme which is repeating the code of parent theme and causing errors. Can you pls use the child theme that is bundled with the theme? Pls take a look at the file enigmatic-child.zip part of the theme bundle.
Can you pls load the parent theme only and confirm if everything looks ok?

I’ve installed the child theme from the bundle but and try to pass the code I had in the old child theme, by addind the code in the load action but that crashes the site. So, I had to uninstall your child theme, and the custom one.
Unluckly, the probleme still persist, I can’t use the uploaded files in my pages.
Any clue what is happening here?

New Update:
I’ve left the main theme installation and add the styles to the custom css. The child themes are uninstalled. Now when I upload an image I can see it in the page, but no thumnail is shown in the media library and when I click in the link of and uploaded file that I previously inserted in a post, keep showing me this error:

It does not cause issues with upload or any other function of the site. I checked your installation and found that this occurs even with the default theme Twenty Fifteen installed. It is not something to do with theme or plugin but some setup issue (permissions or missing code etc.) which is making the thumbnails to not appear. You can disable all plugins, switch to default Twenty Fifteen theme to verify that it occurs no matter what plugin or theme is activated.
