Is this Theme still suported?

Hello

I have an website running FitPro 2.7.

When I update to FitPro 5.1.1 in WordPress backend, I get whitescreen in frontend.
In backend the FitPro child options menu is gone.

Trying to upload FitPro + FitPro Child manualy via FTP also gives issues.
The logo shows very big, thereare several errors, and the Child theme cannot make connection to FitPro.
I used the latest Theme files, downloaded from Envato.

The theme hasn’t been updated since march 2020.
Is there still support on this, so I can buy a support extension?

The theme is supported and if you provide temp credentials, we can take a look at the issues you are facing. It is recommended to upgrade in a staging site since 5.x was a major update to the theme.
