Perhaps you have not understood the problem correctly. In the illustration on the ipad and iphone, the images are not displayed in the correct dimensions. In one case, the image is not displayed at all. View the screenshots to please (before / after). Inserting your codes in the css has not changed. Please help. Thanks

These are background images and hence responsiveness is something that you need to simulate based on the specific image being used and the the right area in the image you want to highlight. Only foreground images can be made responsive. You will need to alter the padding on the specific headings with image backgrounds to simulate responsiveness, depending on your requirements.

Regarding missing background image, pls post the URL so that we can check.
