Installed new theme but no compatibility

Hi,
My website was loading very slow. A developer suggested me to purchase the updated version of the same theme – which I did. After he installed it, some of the pages get messed up and the developer couldn’t fix them. I hired another developer who fixed some of them and left with one issue. I use gravity forms and he asked me to purchase the new key – which is no sense. He said that some of the plugins are old and are not compatibly with the updated version of the theme. Any suggestions about how to fix the issue?
