Installation and Replication of Demo Site

I have faced a problem in Installation and Replication of Demo Site or demo data.Can you please told me whats the proses and where I get this demo data.

The link to sample data is available in the readme.txt file which comes with the themedownloaded bundle.

before importing sample data pls ensure activate recommended plugins.

When I try to import the ( README – Importing sample data and replicating demo site.txt ) its shows me,(This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number) can you please import demo data from your side. if yes then I send my credentials to you.

You have to download the sample data from the link specified in that txt file.
And then go to tools import > WordPress – Run importer and import downloaded file.

Yes you can send the credentials as a private msg.

I increase the php limits. You can upload the media files.

max_execution_time 60
memory_limit 128M
post_max_size 48M
upload_max_filesize 48M

You can just ignore the “Failed to import “msgs if you have imported whole demo pages and posts .

Actually this is a common problem with wordpress import .
