I have been with your support team all week trying to load this theme and nothing has happened. Do I need to pay or do something else? I only get responses once a day so this process is taking to long and I have not received another response since yesterday.
Please help me get my theme up and running so I can work on it this weekend.
Rich – sorry this took some time. We got this resolved for you yesterday. I would still talk to hosting support once on why you are not able to upload the theme. They would be able to take a look at the error log and make the required change of configuration. At present, we could only FTP the theme files.
