Instaled, but Return Error –

Hi, i already installed Agile on a Windows Server with Parallel Panel.
Well…
I receive this message after activate the Agile Theme:

“Warning: is_readable() [function.is-readable]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(\E:/Vhosts/studioluzid.com.br/httpdocs/site/wp-content/themes/agile/framework/option-tree\languages\theme-mode/en_US.mo) is not within the allowed path(s): (E:/Vhosts/studioluzid.com.br\;C:\Windows\Temp\) in E:\Vhosts\studioluzid.com.br\httpdocs\site\wp-includes\l10n.php on line 471”

Looks more like a setup issue than a theme one and have not used a Windows Server actually and hence cannot comment. I see there is some information on this on the net. Pls google for “Warning: is_readable() [function.is-readable]: open_basedir restriction in effect” and it should bring some posts where you may be able to find the solution.

Well.. I googled for it.. but without success…
I don’t know how to do it..

It’s happens when I active “Agile” in WP.
Installation is OK…

Do you have idea how can I proceed?
