Importing and Layer Functionality Issue – Revolution Slider

Hi I am having an issue with the Revolution Slider functionality and import.

1) The import doesn’t appear to be working for the layers and other items. It works for the main slider images, but the layer setup doesn’t work.

2) The buttons in the layer section of the edit slide interface don’t work.

I have followed your tutorials line by line and tried it several times in case I missed something along the way. I keep having the same issue.

Please see the attached screenshot. Any help/guidance would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Probably there are errors which are preventing the layers function from working. Will need to check your installation. Pls reply as a private message here with the site URL and a temporary login to the WordPress dashboard and I can take a look. Will have the data imported for you. Thanks

I checked your installation and you have an error which says the file

http://yourdomain.com/ajax/libs/jqueryui/1.10.3/jquery-ui.min.js

is missing. Looks like some code is making the rev slider to load this file from your server instead of the default behavior of Revolution slider to load it from

https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jqueryui/1.10.3/jquery-ui.min.js

I see now that a plugin named “Root Relative URLs” is making this change, deactivated it and now revolution slider issue is resolved. You can now see and edit the layers. Thanks
