Import of sample data fails. no one page Menu available.

Hi There!,

Is there any refund possible with this theme ? as i am not satisfied with
the documentation and some feature.

I have done the import for sample data, it complete with some fails message
and no “menu” is available i.e. one-page menu as shown in the demo.

I don’t want to waste my further time on this theme.

Please let me know if a refund is possible or any help?

This is an importer issue since the menu items are not being imported even with the default Twenty Sixteen theme activated.
Pls share a temp login to your site as a private msg we ll help create demo single page menus.
