import data problem, and Subscribe problem

Urgent!!!! importing slider settings and data… Error: slider_export.txt does not exist!

1.) I got this error when import slider zip file, it show slider_export.txt does not exist, but when i unzip slider file, the slider_export.txt is there. how to solve this problem.

2.) After I imported sample data, my Subscribe content is not showing, only show mc4wp_form, I tried install mailchimp plugin, it work fine, but design look different. how to make it exactly the same?

3.) Why after I imported, the send us message part disappear, the sample data after imported must be same as what we see when we purchase right?

Please help me solve as soon as possible, I need to launch my website on 11 NOV 2015 before 5PM(Singapore)

4.) How to change the app features icon, can i create my own icon?

Regarding 4- you can use any library you want but I am not sure why you would want to. The IcoMoon library lets you import any icon font of your choice and use the same.
