    Hi

    Id like to add silhouette like image on top of the footer like http://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/
    Can just add using CSS? or will i have to edit the footer.php file as well?
    Can i make it responsive?

    Pls modify the file <theme directory>/footer.php line number 28 to insert the image link as shown below. Code change is required to make it responsive without much trouble –
