Icons, Logo, and Header Menu

1. The icons for social media, hours, contact us, and the menu icon on the mobile version do not show up. Just a little box that has things like F423 in it. How do I get those to show up?

2. On the mobile version there is too much padding on the logo to the left, how do I remove or decrease the padding?

3. I added a Header Menu, selected it on the Manage locations area and it does not show up. I tried adding the menu to the Header area under widgets, but that piles it all in the right corner and goes underneath of the cart icon.
