How to place the Revolution Slider on the homepage?

I’ve built a Revolution Slider but I can’t seem to get it to appear on my homepage. I’ve followed certain advice like going to Appearance > Widgets > Home Page Slider Area and adding Revolution Slider, then ticking ‘Home Page Only’. It doesn’t appear on my homepage after doing this though.

Also, I’m not sure what it means when you talk about the theme html. I’ve looked in Editor, but I can’t find any file that fits that description, so I’m not sure where to add the appropriate code.

Anyway, could you show me where I’m going wrong? My blog is: vocularapp.com

Have you selected the rev slider in Home edit page ? Pls check .

I’ve been to Revolution Slider from the main WordPress dashboard and created one. Is that what you mean?

Okay, I’ve now got the Revolution Slider on my homepage. How do I get it to look like it’s inside a phone though?

You are probably referring to the iphone slider in the Home 2 of the demo site. Pls use the shortcode –

Getting the rev slider to display inside a phone is a task not possible without significant theme customisation and I am not even sure it would work right or right thing to do.

Is there any chance you could send me the WordPress Edit Page text for this page? I’m not sure of things like how to place text boxes at either side of the iPhone animation.

Actually we supply sample data with the theme for import. Pls import the sample data file. You can find the same in the download bundle in the root folder obtained after unzipping the bundle. I strongly recommend importing the sample data fully to save time on setting up your own site.
