how to change arrow in showcase page

At the showcase page, it’s gonna have mobile pop up from the bottom and then each arrow will fade in. However, when I created my arrows in photoshop and try to replace the demo one. The effect “fade in” of the arrows disappeared. Also, It is extremely difficult to point the arrow to the point on mobile where I want. So;

1) what is the size of the arrow?
2) how can I get “the effect “face in” of arrow back?
3) how can I point the arrow to the point on mobile where I want?
