Hi Great Theme. I installed it but I am noticing that it looks different when I view it regular and when I view it in the visual editor. When I am not using the visual editor, the icons and pictures all disappear. Any idea why?

Thanks for choosing our theme. I am not sure I understand your query fully. Looks like images are not showing up on your site. Can you deactivate all plugins once and see if that resolves the issue. Also, you can try the below –

Under Appearance->theme options, pls go to General tab and choose WordPress from “Thumbnail Generation Method” dropdown.

If this does not resolve the issue even with plugins disabled, pls post a private reply here with temp login and I will take a look.
