Is there an easy way to upload the code?Where do I have to put it?

You will need to unzip it in your desktop and FTP each of the individual files to server to replace each file bundled in the zip file. The two files menu-primary.php and menu-mobile.php should be in the wp-content/themes/appdev folder and the one file metabox-manager.php already has the relative path of framework/presentation/ folder and that’s what it should reside.
