Hi,
I would like to replicate the home page but I’m not able to do it. I created a new page with the same template of the homepage, new sections and when I publish it, the new sections are not shown, only the orignal one. Can you help me? is there a guide on how to do it?An other problem is that when you go on my website http://www.ebookvalidator.com you can see that it is not full size, but there are blank margins on all side of the page. Can you help me to fix it?
Thanks a lot.
November 12, 2013 at 1:34 am #2706livemeshKeymasterSorry to hear you are having trouble with this. It looks like you have not loaded the sample data provided with the theme. This will replicate the demo site completely. If you have not loaded the sample data, I strongly recommend that you import the sample data to replicate the demo site. Here is the link to the videos which provides information on the same –
Once you load the sample data, you can start a new page or modify an existing page to achieve the desired layout for your site. If you have trouble setting it up still, pls post a private message here with the temp login to your site and I can help set it up for you and fix any other issues you have. Thanks!
November 12, 2013 at 2:38 pm #2715iceheart01MemberI’ve followed all your instructions and loaded the sample data provided.
Where do I have to send you the login data so you can fix all those problems?
thanksNovember 13, 2013 at 12:39 pm #2719livemeshKeymasterJust post a private reply with the wordpress temporary login and mention any issues you are facing and I will be happy to fix them for you. Basically you need to check the box “Set as Private Reply” below reply box so that only the administrators of this forum and the one who started the topic can view the same. Thanks
November 13, 2013 at 1:37 pm #2725livemeshKeymasterAlso, I have uploaded a new video for the Appdev setup that may be of interest to you –

Also, the use of URL with permalink /en is making WordPress or some language plugin installed to assume that this is the same as home page and hence is populating the content of home page itself. I changed the permalink URL to /eng made it to behave as expected and I am now able to compose the single page with page sections as shown in the below video –
November 13, 2013 at 3:38 pm #2728iceheart01MemberOk..Thanks. But…Don’t you see the blank spaces? I erased the cache but I continue to see them for all the pages…
November 14, 2013 at 2:31 am #2740livemeshKeymasterCan you send me a screenshot of the blank spaces you see (highlight the space so that I know exactly which area you are referring to)? I did not see anything odd other than ones I already fixed. Thanks.

May be slight improvement here and there but overall I do not see a problem. One example is that you may want to move the menu to the right like this –
#primary-menu { float: right; }
As far as slider is concerned, you can use the admin panel for the revolution slider to place the text wherever you want. I am sorry if I still miss something here – things at least look similar to the preview site.
November 14, 2013 at 2:13 pm #2763iceheart01MemberOk..Thank you.
This is a little bit annoying but…I will not care about it more!
However…now I would like to put a different menu (different from the orignal in the italian homepage) into the page ENG (a translated menu). I created a new menu, but I’m not able to put it in this page. Do you have any suggestion?Thanks
November 15, 2013 at 1:14 pm #2771livemeshKeymasterI have implemented a mechanism of setting a custom menu defined in WP admin for additional one page templates since the current implementation just creates a auto-built menu for additional pages which use “single page site” templates. This change just needs a slight polish in terms of how to treat the home page and single pages which are not home pages. I will post a private message with the files in next few hours which will let you choose a custom menu for a page. That change will be part of next update to the theme. Thanks.
