    When designating any page as the home page, the menu bar grows in height. This started after last WP update.

    I am getting 509 bandwidth limit exeeded error . Pls find attached screenshot .

    OK the ISP has fixed the server issue!

    This issue causes the menu to be taller than on the standard page, it has something to do with making a home page

    Can you pls remove all the custom CSS that you have added ?
    or

    I have deactivated Image hover plugin VC and now everything seems ok.

    And you can add the below custom CSS to move the logo upwards –

    #site-logo {
    top: 0;
}
