HELP! Page options within the page editor don't open up

Hi
in the last couple of days I realized that something had changed in the way the page editor is working.
Basically the different options which can be accessed by clicking in a arrow button don’t open any longer
and don’t know how to change this. I am not sure what I did that may have caused this. Initially I thought it was because of a plugin that I had installed (the beaver page builder) but now I have removed it, and the behaviour has not changed (see image).
Can anyone please help me with this?

Looks like you have some type of JS error on the admin side which may be causing this. Can you post a temp login to the site as a private message here so that I can take a look?

Well eventually it has sorted out by itself….I don’t know how though
