Header Menu Not Responsive

My site is at “cybertradinguniversity.com/student-portal/”. There are 6 links on the top header menu, 3 on the left side and three on the right. Most important is a Member Login link on the right side of this top header menu.

When the site is viewed on smartphones, the links on the left side of the header menu are visible, but not the ones on the right side, meaning that the login link is not visible so members cannot log in. I really need the login link to be visible and functional on small screen sizes, and I would not care if it was the only link on the header menu on small screens. Can you suggest a solution?
