Header and Menu Position Issues

I do not know why almost all my request is not always replied.

This is SUPER URGENT.

It all started that my menu position was not the same in all browsers, some had it dropped way down while it was ok on chrome but recently without any further amendment, the menu drops far down on chrome, making my website look ugly.

I want my header to touch the browser top, i do not want any space before the fixed header on the browser, i also want my menu to be align at the same position with the logo as shown on the site.

Please do help me sort this out as this is freaking me out big time.
