Grey Bar Revolution Slider Problem

Hello,

Can you please help me. I activated the Revolution slider, but I still get a grey bar saying ‘Revolution Slider Plugin Not Installed/Deactivated or No Revolution Slider entries created. Prepare the Revolution Slider or choose a different slider type in theme options’

But the slider is below it I created it.

Hi! When I get into your site I see the slider looking and working properly. Did you manage to fix the issue?
