get_theme_option() on a non-object

Hi there,
I am using the Invent theme and only just started using woocommerce with it.

I have started seeing erratic page load times, excess of 10 seconds some times.

Only errors I can find are the following from the phperror.log

PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function get_theme_option() on a non-object in /wp-content/themes/invent/framework/functions/page-customization.php on line 136

PHP Warning: array_key_exists() expects parameter 2 to be array, null given in /wp-content/themes/invent/framework/functions/page-customization.php on line 133

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Can you try disabling all plugins (except WooCommerce) once and see if this error is reproducible? Looks like the theme is not getting initialized right on woocommerce pages and may be this is a plugin issue.
