"Get this App" button disappear

Hi, I have some problems with appdev theme menu. Home menu link doesn’t hover when scrolling back up. When in single page home, scroll down or jump to the links within the page and the menu hovering works as expected. However, try to scroll back to the very top of the page, and the hover never goes back to Home. I don’t know why but sometimes works and sometimes didn’t.
