get rid of top title area and increase size of breadcrumb text

in a page like

* i want to get rid completely of the top horizontal bar with the title “portfolio 4 column sortable” but not just the text, also the horizontal background bar behind it, get rid of it all and push the rest of the content up

* instead i want to increase the size of the breadcrumb area that says “Home / Portfolio 4 Columns Sortable”, increase the font size of that part

i want to do the same inside the portfolio pages, same thing get rid of top bar+title
and increase size of breadcrumb text:
