Formatting date / time

hello,
is it possible to set date and time (in meta description hereand in the archives in the orange bar here ) in europe format?

Pls modify file blog-content.php line no:143- mo_entry_published(“M d”)

Archives are wordpress specific nothing related with theme’s date and time format setting.
Pls try the following steps –
Connect to the WordPress Dashboard,Go to Settings > General,Scroll to the “Date Format” and “Time Format”, make your selection: and save the changes.

If it doesn’t work ,Pls search online.
