    Hi, I tried to create a form with two input box with a submit button.
    when we insert the input text box does’t align straight its always go to the bottom.

    I would recommend that you use Contact Form 7 to do this. I am guessing that this was hand coded. I will need the URL to the site to know the exact issue here. Pls post a private message here with the URL if you need further help. Thanks
