Flat Preloader not loading

Dear Support,

Have uploaded this to my server and changed the codes but wasn’t able to see any flat preloaders.
I’ve since changed it back to the default spinning box.

Will private message u my flat preloaders thanks.

Please advise and assist on why this isn’t working thanks.
