I followed the install instructions
upon importing wordpress file “fitpro-sample-data.xml” i get a 404 page with this message“The page you requested http://www.fitappealbyjill.com/wp-admin/admin.php?import=wordpress&step=2, does not exist.”
upon clicking back I get this message
“Import WordPress
Sorry, there has been an error.
File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini.”I am trying to get my demo content installed on a client’s website. fitappealbyjill.com. please help
I do not know if it’s the file i donwloaded from the read me or what?Unfortunately i am also getting the same error.

Okay, I fixed the problem with a plugin.
“Increase Upload Max Filesize” https://wordpress.org/plugins/increase-upload-max-filesize/
I increased the sizes to 124 and haven’t had an error yet. Thanks for your help, the links were very beneficial.
