Featured images no longer working

Hello Support,
I upgraded my site to https recently, but I’ve since found that my featured images aren’t displaying anymore in posts or courses pages. I can add new images that have HTTPS: as part of the URL and they show in the post edit page. However when I view the page, the image disappears. When I view the source, the src= is blanked out and is instead using the alt.

Please help
