Fatal Error Found

I am wondering what you can tell me about this error and how to fix it?

Fatal error: Call to undefined function ot_get_media_post_ID() in /home/ten12designs/public_html/loveleelifestyle.com/wp-content/themes/extinct/framework/option-tree/ot-loader.php on line 624

I installed the newest update and that’s when the fatal error happended.

I can still can log in so now issues there.

I even installed the backup version before I added the new updated theme and it still has this
error.

Not sure why that would happen. That function should be called only on the backend and not on the frontend. By any chance, are you using gallery shortcode or gallery option in theme options? If so, can you pls check if removing that helps?

All set it was actually a plugin called WordPress Download Manager. I deactivated it and the site came back up. Amazing what plugins can do. I am learning alot and trying to stay with ones that work with the themes I have which is yours and the avada theme. view screen shot.
