most categories & taxonomies show and are filterable but when I add more categories, they are now not showing an

Looks like you just hit the 50 limit on number of categories/taxonomy terms shown. Can you pls make a small change in the file includes/query-functions.php at line number 29 from 50 to 100 and see if that makes the categories to show up? I will have the future updates have 100 or higher as the limit.

The 50 limit was introduced for performance reasons but since this should affect only the admins (not the visitors), we should be fine to add more terms to the dropdown.
