    Thanks for waiting. Can you pls provide me a few details like the email used to make purchase and was it through PayPal or Gumroad? I can check what’s happening with these details.

    We don’t send product updates through email normally, you will receive the same in your Plugins page in the WordPress admin automatically when we release an update. Pls activate your license in Livemesh Widgets->License. You seem to have done it already – do you still have trouble updating?

    If you have trouble updating, pls deactivate the license and activate again.
